FanRizz Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FanRizz.com (“FanRizz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, browsing, uploading content, subscribing, tipping, purchasing access, or otherwise using FanRizz, you agree to these Terms.

18+ only. FanRizz is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their location. Do not use FanRizz if you are under 18.

1. Platform Overview

FanRizz is a creator membership platform where approved creators, including AI model accounts and digital creators, can publish free and premium content, manage fan relationships, and monetize subscriptions, tips, paid messages, and other approved paid features.

FanRizz is not affiliated with OnlyFans or any other third-party creator platform. FanRizz is an independent service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms.
  • You may not use FanRizz if you are prohibited from doing so by law, sanctions rules, payment processor rules, or prior platform removal.
  • Creators must complete any identity, age, tax, payout, and compliance verification required by FanRizz before receiving payouts.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account, payment, tax, payout, and contact information and to keep it updated.

4. Creator Accounts and Approval

Creator accounts are subject to review and approval. FanRizz may approve, reject, suspend, limit, or remove creator accounts or content at any time to protect users, comply with law, satisfy processor requirements, or enforce these Terms.

5. AI Model and Synthetic Content Disclosure

FanRizz allows AI model accounts and AI-generated content if permitted by law and processor rules. Creators must clearly disclose when a profile, persona, image, video, voice, or chat interaction is AI-generated, synthetic, fictional, or materially altered. Creators may not impersonate a real person or falsely claim endorsement, consent, or identity.

6. Adult Content Rules

Adult content may be allowed only if it is lawful, consensual, properly age-verified where required, and compliant with FanRizz policy, payment processor rules, and applicable law. FanRizz may remove any adult content or account that creates legal, safety, processor, reputational, or compliance risk.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, request, sell, purchase, promote, or distribute content or conduct involving:

  • Minors or anyone who appears to be under 18 in sexual or suggestive contexts.
  • Non-consensual, coerced, exploitative, trafficking-related, or revenge content.
  • Incest, bestiality, sexual violence, threats, blackmail, or illegal sexual services.
  • Content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • Deepfakes or synthetic content of a real person without authorization.
  • Fraud, scams, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, money laundering, or evasion of FanRizz fees.
  • Harassment, hate, doxxing, spam, malware, scraping, or unauthorized automation.
  • Any content or activity prohibited by our payment processor, bank, hosting provider, or applicable law.

8. Fan Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid access may include subscriptions, tips, paid messages, pay-per-view content, bundles, or other features. Prices, renewal terms, and access conditions will be shown at purchase where applicable. Unless required by law or processor rules, purchases are generally final once digital access is delivered. FanRizz may issue refunds or credits at its discretion.

9. Creator Earnings, Platform Fee, and Monthly Payouts

FanRizz’s standard creator payout is 80% of eligible net creator revenue. FanRizz retains 20% as the platform fee.

Eligible net creator revenue means creator-attributable revenue actually received and cleared by FanRizz, less refunds, chargebacks, taxes, processor fees or reserves where applicable, fraud losses, credits, reversals, currency conversion costs, and other amounts not eligible for payout.

Creator payouts are calculated monthly and are intended to be paid on a monthly payout schedule, subject to minimum payout thresholds, required tax forms, identity/age verification, payout account approval, fraud review, processor settlement timing, reserves, chargeback windows, compliance holds, and any legal restrictions.

FanRizz may delay, withhold, offset, reverse, or refuse payout for suspected fraud, illegal activity, policy violations, chargebacks, missing verification, disputed ownership, processor holds, or legal/compliance requirements.

10. Taxes

Creators are independent sellers/contractors responsible for their own taxes, filings, and reporting. FanRizz may request tax information and may issue tax forms where legally required.

11. Content Ownership and License

Creators retain ownership of content they own, subject to the rights granted here. By uploading content, you grant FanRizz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, process, resize, moderate, promote, and otherwise use the content as needed to operate, secure, market, and improve the platform.

12. Copyright and DMCA

FanRizz respects intellectual property rights. Copyright complaints should be submitted through the DMCA page at /dmca/.

13. 2257 / Records Compliance

Creators are responsible for providing and maintaining required records for sexually explicit content where applicable. See /2257-compliance/.

14. Platform Changes and Availability

FanRizz may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, account, payout method, payment processor, content type, or policy at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or remove content for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, processor issues, legal risk, safety concerns, or inactivity. You may stop using FanRizz at any time.

16. Disclaimers

FanRizz is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanRizz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or platform interruptions.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
