  • Payment information: payment status, transaction references, subscription records, chargeback/refund data, and processor metadata. Full card details are handled by the payment processor when live payments are enabled.
  • Content: creator posts, uploads, profile media, messages, comments, reports, and metadata.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device, cookies, log data, pages viewed, referring URLs, and security events.

2. How We Use Information

  • Operate accounts, creator profiles, subscriptions, locked content, and fan access.
  • Process payments, refunds, chargebacks, creator payouts, tax records, and fraud checks.
  • Verify age, identity, creator eligibility, and compliance where required.
  • Moderate content and enforce Terms, safety rules, processor rules, and legal obligations.
  • Provide customer support and respond to reports, DMCA notices, and disputes.
  • Secure the platform, detect fraud, prevent abuse, and audit suspicious activity.

3. Adult and Sensitive Information

FanRizz may process information related to adult creator activity, subscriptions, and compliance verification. Do not use FanRizz if you do not want such information processed as described here.
