FanRizz DMCA / Content Removal Policy

FanRizz respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

1. Before Sending a Notice

Only the copyright owner or an authorized agent should submit a DMCA notice. Misrepresenting infringement may create liability. If your concern involves privacy, non-consensual content, impersonation, minors, abuse, or safety, clearly state that in your report so FanRizz can prioritize review.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

Your notice should include:

  • Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature.
  • Your contact information, including email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The exact URL or sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing content on FanRizz.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Where to Send Notices

Submit notices through FanRizz support or the designated copyright contact configured by the site administrator. Until a dedicated legal inbox is configured, send notices to the FanRizz site administrator through the official support/contact channel.

4. Counter-Notification

If content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, the affected user may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Identification of the removed content and where it appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to jurisdiction where required by the DMCA.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

FanRizz may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit unauthorized content.

6. Non-Consensual, Minor, or Illegal Content

Reports involving minors, non-consensual content, coercion, trafficking, stolen content, real-person deepfakes without authorization, or other illegal/safety-critical material should be clearly marked as urgent. FanRizz may remove content immediately, preserve records, suspend accounts, and report to appropriate authorities or service providers where required.
