FanRizz 2257 / Age Compliance Statement

FanRizz is an 18+ creator platform. This page describes platform-level age and records compliance expectations for creator content, including sexually explicit content where allowed.

1. 18+ Platform Requirement

All users must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their location. Creators must complete any identity and age verification requested by FanRizz before monetization or payout.

2. Creator Responsibility for Records

Creators are responsible for ensuring that every real person appearing in sexually explicit content is at least 18 years old at the time of creation and that all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and any other applicable laws are maintained by the required record keeper.

3. Primary Producer / Record Keeper

For creator-uploaded content, the uploading creator or the entity that produced the content is generally responsible for maintaining required performer age and identity records unless FanRizz expressly agrees otherwise in writing. FanRizz may request records, certifications, releases, proof of consent, identity verification, or other documentation at any time.

4. AI-Generated and Synthetic Content

FanRizz may allow AI-generated or synthetic creator content. AI-generated content must not depict or imply minors, real people without authorization, non-consensual sexual activity, or prohibited material. Creators must clearly disclose AI-generated or synthetic content and comply with all platform rules and applicable law.

5. Prohibited Content

FanRizz strictly prohibits any content involving minors, anyone who appears under 18 in sexual or suggestive contexts, non-consensual sexual content, trafficking, coercion, hidden camera content, revenge content, real-person deepfakes without authorization, or other illegal material. Violations may result in immediate removal, account termination, payout holds, and reports to appropriate authorities.

6. Compliance Review and Holds

FanRizz may review, reject, remove, restrict, or hold content, accounts, subscriptions, or payouts when age, identity, consent, ownership, processor compliance, or legal compliance is unclear. FanRizz may require additional documentation before allowing publication, monetization, or payout.

7. Reporting Concerns

If you believe content involves a minor, non-consensual material, missing authorization, impersonation, or other illegal/safety concerns, report it immediately through FanRizz support or the DMCA/content removal page at /dmca/.

8. Legal Review Required Before Full Launch

This compliance statement is a platform policy page. Before broad public adult-content launch, FanRizz should complete legal review, creator verification provider setup, record-keeping procedures, reporting channels, and processor compliance approval.
